The StreamCaster MINI 5200 (SM5200) is Silvus’ smallest, fully-featured MANET radio. Designed for maximum mobility without compromise, the SM5200 equips ground forces with next-generation mesh networking to securely share voice, video, and data — no infrastructure required. Its rugged, low-profile design can be combined with the StreamCaster NEXUS Tactical Networking System via a quick-release, snap-lock system or used as a standalone radio for mission-critical operations.

At just 182 grams, the SM5200 integrates high-speed 2×2 MIMO radio performance into an extremely low-SWaP form factor. Powered by our battle-proven MN-MIMO waveform, it delivers high-fidelity video, voice, and data across a self-forming, adaptive mesh network. Instant Plug and Play Connections
Engineered to eliminate cable-heavy setups, the SM5200 features advanced audio circuitry with dual-channel PTT enhanced situational awareness and a dedicated RoIP interface to bridge traditional LMR systems into the digital mesh. Its rugged, IP68-rated waterproof enclosure supports versatile plug-and-play power options and rapid sensor integration via Ethernet, USB, and RS-232.
Unmatched Security & Electronic Warfare Resiliency
Protect sensitive data with AES256 and FIPS 140-3 encryption. The SM5200 also features access to Spectrum Dominance 2.0, an ever-expanding suite for LPI/LPD, Anti-Jamming and Advanced Threat Protection capabilities that ensure decision dominance and RF overmatch without sacrificing performance in the most contested environments.

Custom designed Juggernaut chest-mount features snag-free cable routing that minimizes weight and maximizes operator freedom. With access to ATAK and other mission apps, operators gain geospatial intelligence, mission planning and can manage radio & network configurations through the StreamScape ATAK Plug-in. Multiple I/O connectors, Dual PTT, dedicated RoIP interface and Nett Warrior unified power options combine to make StreamCaster NEXUS an operator-focused, next generation Tactical Networking System engineered for today’s dynamically changing battlespace.
